Job Description

  • Responsible for the overall EPI activities of the project.
  • Facilitates needs assessments, planning and implementation of EPI and Polio health services and provides instructions as needed.
  • Ensure that quality services are provided in the relevant provinces.
  • Coordinate project activities with MoPH, PPHD, Provincial team, Donor, Local Authorities, Community Leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly report of project.
  • Attend Donor, MoPH and other relevant meetings in the central and provincial as required.
  • Conduct supervisory visits from the service delivery areas on regular basis to improve performance of relevant staff and field workers in relevant province.
  • Coordinate activities with MoPH and provincial team.
  • Ensure that program targets (daily/monthly/quarterly) are achieved in relevant province.
  • Prepare work plan, monitoring plan, training plan and activities plan in relevant province.  
  • Provide monthly activity plan and report.
  • Any other tasks and responsibilities as required for the implementation of the project and requested by direct supervisor and/or main office authorities. 

Job Requirement

• Computer skills (MS-office in must).

• Fluent in Dari, Pashto and English Languages.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to travel extensively within one Southern province namely Helmand.

• Excellent time management skill.
